The Must Have Man Tools Of 2015

by Jeff Williams

Nothing says ‘I’m a man’ like a proper tool collection. For centuries, men have been collecting and using tools around the house. There’s no need to call in an expert; there’s always a tool that can fix the problem.

It started with a simple tool box including a hammer, some spanners and a couple of screwdrivers. Now it’s evolved into a whole shed full of tools and equipment.

If you’re looking to replenish your tool collection, check out this years must have man tools:

Floor Sweepers

Make cleaning fun with a brand new floor sweeping machine. They come in different sizes and varieties and make dull chores exciting. You can purchase a hand held sweeping machines for smaller areas of your house. Or, you can get a riding sweeper like the Tennant T15. Make sure you read the Tennant T15 manual before you get on board for the first time. You don’t want to be crashing into anything. A riding sweeper can clean indoors, but also outdoors too! So you can have a clean driveway as well as a clean living room.

Sit Down Lawn Mower

The big daddy of the lawn mower world, a sit-down mower. Throw your pathetic push mowers in the trash and sit yourself on one of these bad boys. You can cruise around your backyard as neighbours peek their heads over your fence. You’ll be the talk of the town. Men will be talking about ‘that guy down the road with the cool lawn mower’ for weeks. As well as being seriously cool, they’re also a much more efficient way of cutting the grass. You can cover more distance in a shorter space of time. They also make it easier for you to create patterns in your lawn like a soccer pitch.

Chainsaw

If there’s a more manly sound than that of a chainsaw I haven’t heard it. Chainsaws are a staple in any wannabe gardeners tool collection. They’re essential for helping you chop down trees with very little effort. You need to take note of the safety measures when operating a chainsaw. It is of the utmost importance you keep them away from children. So store it somewhere they can’t gain access too, like a locked tool shed. When you’re operating one, you should do so away from any other person, just to be safe.

Impact Drill

Like a regular drill, only better. An impact drill is a must have for any DIY project. You’ll need it to drill in stubborn screws and make sure they don’t come loose. You can get twice the amount of power a screw turning force from an impact drill than a regular one. Great for drilling through thick materials that other drills can’t handle. They’re handheld and look like you’re wielding a gun, only they’re safer and a lot cooler. An exceptionally handy power tool to have at your disposal.

There’s no end to what you can accomplish with a good set of tools. No task is too much for you when you have your tools at hand. So go get yourself geared up in 2015 with these awesome manly tools.
